3. Which brands do Firecrest stock?
3A. Firecrest Motorcycle Outfitters are proud to represent some of the most well regarded leather and textile motorcycle gear in the world. Firecrest is the only stockist of the Italian premium brands Spidi and Axo road and race clothing in Scotland, in addition to being the largest stockist of REV’IT! clothing in Scotland. Firecrest are also a Held Rider Equipment Stockist, a Spada Preferred Dealer, and stock a wide range of RST leathers and textiles. As safety is one of our main concerns, we only offer the best in armour and motorcycle protection from Forcefield, Spidi, and Tryonic.
We offer GoPro HD cameras and a wide range of accessories. For motocross enthusiasts, we stock the Axo range of clothing and helmets, and casual clothing from Thor.
We stock a large range of Shoei, Shark and AGV helmets. Firecrest is a Sidi Select motorcycle boots dealer, as well as stocking REV’IT!, TCX, RST, and Spada boots. We know that your motorcycle clothing and your bike are valuable and should be looked after carefully, therefore we are pleased to offer care advice, cleaning products, and oils specifically designed to take care of your bike and gear from Nikwax and Motul.
We also stock an impressive range of Abus locks, for bike security, and various luggage from Jofama and Coocase.
4. How do I order online from Firecrest?
4A. We want to make ordering our products as easy as possible. That’s why we include images of each item, and you don’t have to register an account in order to purchase. Please note that the shopping basket will display prices without VAT, but the price on our product pages will include VAT so that you always know the total price. Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT, but instead may be liable for customs duty. It is the sole responsibility of overseas customers to pay any customs duty; Firecrest Motorcycle Outfitters is not liable for any customs costs incurred. 5. When will my delivery arrive?
5A. Delivery timescales depend on where you are. Orders placed before 5pm (17:00) on items labelled as ‘In Stock’ for UK mainland delivery will normally be despatched by courier on the next working day, however deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and some other locations may take longer. Items labelled as ‘Available’ are usually despatched in 5-7 working days. Your order may arrive sooner than these estimates. Overseas delivery timescales depend on country, and whether the item has been identified for customs checks. Please see our Delivery Information and full Terms and Conditions for details.
6. How do I return an item I have ordered?
6A. On the rare occasions when customers wish to return an item, we want to make the process as easy as possible. Aside from goods that have a manufacturing fault, we can only accept returns that are in good condition, with original packaging intact and all items must be unused / unworn. Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy for details. Note that there are exceptions to our standard Returns Policy concerning helmet returns and special orders. We never charge any exchange or re-stocking fee for UK customers, but postage for returned items will be at your own cost.
7. What is your Pricematch promise?
7A. We promise to keep our prices as low as we can. If you find the same item for less elsewhere online, from a UK or Euro-zone based motorcycle clothing dealer, we will reduce that price by £1. In order to qualify for a price match, the product must be listed as in stock, of current season, and from a shop which offers the same warranty and/or service as we do at Firecrest Motorcycle Outfitters.
