    How do I register an account?

    To register an account and receive exclusive newsletters and reward points, sign up at any time using the My Account link at the top of any page on our website, no purchase necessary.

     

    What is the Fitting Room?

    FIRECREST’s exclusive Fitting Room is a revolutionary web feature that lets you try on your motorcycle helmets, jackets, trousers, leathers or boots online in a virtual environment. Using the Fitting Room lets you instantly see your outfit, and Share to your friends on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and more. To use the Fitting Room, you need to first register an account. You can register with us at any time, by clicking on the My Account link at the top of any page, no purchase necessary.


    How do I redeem my Rewards Points?

    You can redeem your FIRECREST Reward Loyalty Points at any time, and even send them to a friend! Shopping with FIRECREST earns Rewards Points. Each product earns Reward Loyalty Points, and you can see how many points you could earn below each product. To redeem your points on your purchase, try our easy to use Rewards Slider in your Basket. The Slider will instantly update your Basket to reflect your Rewards Loyalty Points. You can click on View Basket at any time during the purchase process to see your Points Slider. You decide how much to redeem now, or keep them for later.


    Can I use PayPal?

    Yes, you can pay by PayPal, as well as by credit or debit card.

     

    What currencies do you accept?

    Using the currency converter at the top of any page, you can shop in GBP Sterling, Euro, or US Dollars. Euro and Dollar purchases will be converted from GBP.

     

    Is there a shipping cost?

    Delivery is free within the UK and Ireland for any order over £30. For countries other than the UK or Ireland, shipping is clearly displayed in your basket before purchase. You can also use the get a quote button in the basket to calculate your shipping.

     

    Can I track my delivery?

    Yes, we only use secure courier partners such as UPS. We send a tracking number to you by email, so you can track the progress of your delivery. For smaller items, we use the Royal Mail. See our full Delivery Information for more.

     

    How do I return an item?

    Our no fuss returns policy means that if for any reason you wish to return an item to FIRECREST, simply send the item back to us and we can exchange or refund your purchase. See our full Returns Information for more.

    Is there a FIRECREST shop?

    We believe in the right balance between clicks and mortar. Yes, there is a large FIRECREST shop. Our flagship Glasgow store stocks the very best of your trusted heritage and performance sports motorcycle helmet and clothing brands, in the largest and most extensive selection to be found north of the border. Opening times are 10am – 5pm Tuesday to Saturday, late until 7pm on Thursdays and 10am - 4pm each Sunday, closed on Monday. Winter hours apply September to February 10am – 5pm Tuesday to Saturday, 10am - 4pm Sunday, closed on Mondays.
